FAQ

Please, read the FAQ before emailing us with complaints. Most common issues are easily resolved and have solutions listed here.

How do I get started?
Make sure you have your default settings set correctly. Go to the settings tab > Timetable Settings and adjust the parameters to match your timetable. This will make it easier to add your classes. Once this is done, go to the week view tab, and add a class by tapping the first + button in the top corner, and selecting a day to add the class. Then, fill out the details for that class. If you correctly adjusted your timetable settings, much of this will be automatically filled out for you and won’t require changes.

What do the buttons in the top right corner mean?
The three buttons allow you to add a class, exam, or homework item, from left to right, as their icons suggest.

Can I hide weekends from Week view?
No. Empty days are automatically compressed to occupy minimal screen space, so there is no need for an option to hide them completely.

Can I add a two week timetable?
Yes. Go to the settings tab > Timetable Settings and set Default Repeat Interval to 14 (14 days = 2 weeks). Then, the classes you add will repeat every two weeks, leaving the other week empty for you to add week B. If you have already added some classes, you will have to manually edit each one to repeat every two weeks instead of every week.

My two timetable weeks appear mixed up in week view
You need to set a two week repeat cycle for your classes. See the previous question for a fix.

Will there be an Apple Watch app?
In the pipeline.

Will there be an Android version?
In the pipeline.

My data has disappeared

If iCloud sync is enabled, this is most likely an issue with the iCloud sync mechanism. These steps will resolve the issue in most cases:

  1. Make a backup of your data if you do not already have one (from a device on which the data is present).
  2. Disable iCloud on all but one of your devices.
  3. On the last device, go to Settings > Manage Data > Delete iCloud data, and confirm the deletion.
  4. Import your backup to this device.
  5. Re-enable iCloud on this device.
  6. Wait 15 minutes (iCloud's servers are unfortunately not very fast) before re-enabling iCloud on your other devices. Your data should soon appear on these devices.

It is advised that you regularly make a backup of your data if you use iCloud sync, to avoid data loss.
